If your events will be catered, please provide the name of the food vendor and the type of food to be served.

If any of your events have a cap on attendees, please detail them below.

If you will be providing meals at any of your events, please let us know the details in the field below.

If there is a giveaway, you must specify the giveaway prize and its value.

If you are changing dates you already submitted, please let us know which event was cancelled and the new date.

We generally recommend at least $500 in ad spend per seminar, but this can be increased or decreased depending on how our campaigns perform in your market and your goals with the seminar.
